There’s nothing quite like childhood friends. You can laugh with them like no one else. You can be yourself, truly, with them like no one else. And earlier this month we all were able to come together and celebrate one of our girls, our Nicole, getting married. We were together practically non-stop from Friday night to Monday morning, and that still wasn’t enough time. And I still don’t know how we didn’t get one picture of us all together. I took pictures as long as I could, right up until we headed down to walk down the aisle, which miraculously none of us fell on given the combination of heels, clumsiness and a wooden dock walkway. From the moonshine to meeting the Brit to scandalous reception music to nearly falling into the Bay during pictures to stealing nail polish for one nail to just having time to catch up with my best friends, it was, without a doubt, a weekend to remember. Love you girls.
I really just love something about this picture of Melissa.
Nicole and her spreadsheets for the rehearsal. Always prepared.
Melissa and I both scuffed one nail minutes after getting up from the chair.
The beautiful venue and getting ready to rehearse.
Dad and daughter.
I love how excited Nicole looks watching guests arrive. And this is where my documenting ends and the party started.
