She had a nice phone voice. Although we had met once, briefly, before this, most of our correspondence had been via email. So upon hearing her pleasant, welcoming, and kind voice over the phone, it immediately killed those pre-shoot jitters and I very much hoped that the rain would hold off so I could actually meet Jennifer (again!) and her fiance, Stephen, in person. Thankfully, after a downpour, the sun crept out and gave us near perfect weather for our shoot. We met up at UNC Chapel Hill, where Jennifer and Stephen met during their undergrad years. As a former Terp, this was pushing it. Had they gone to Duke, I’m not sure I could’ve agreed to do this shoot:)

All jokes aside, Jennifer + Stephen, you guys were a pleasure to photograph. I loved how comfortable and just happy you both are around each other, and it shows through in your photos. I hope you have an amazing wedding coming up here in just a few weeks, enjoy every minute of it!
